A short discovery conversation, then a written scope with architecture, milestones and a fixed fee, usually within a few days. From there we build in weekly increments against a live preview URL, and finish with a production deployment plus documentation handover.
Yes. Source code is yours, and production accounts are created in your name wherever possible. White-label agreements are the one exception: there you license a platform we continue to own and operate, while anything custom-built for you remains yours.
Often, yes. We start with a short technical audit covering architecture, dependencies, security and operational risk, and give you an honest verdict on whether it should be continued, refactored or replaced, including when the answer is not in our commercial interest.
Whatever you need: nothing at all, a support window, or a managed hosting retainer where we run the infrastructure, monitoring and patching and keep iterating on the product with you.
We are based in Germany and build to GDPR requirements by default: EU data residency where it is required, documented processing, encrypted transport and storage, role-based access, and a data processing agreement as part of the contract.
