Syntronix Solutions is a product engineering company. We advise on, build and operate web-based software, for our clients and for our own catalogue of platforms that has to survive the same standards.
Why we exist
Software usually fails after the invoice, not before it.
The common pattern is familiar: an agency promises the world, delivers a project, and disappears. What is left behind is a codebase nobody on the inside understands and infrastructure nobody is responsible for. The software does not fail on launch day. It fails six months later.
We built our own platforms first, Custom Website Design, AI Body Coaching, and SHIFT, which meant carrying every consequence ourselves: the migrations, the incidents, the support requests, the bills. That is where the operational judgement comes from, and it is not something you can acquire from a slide deck.
Clients get the same treatment. We consult on the product, build it on the stack we trust with our own revenue, and host it on infrastructure we already operate daily. When something breaks at an awkward hour, it is our problem too.

Engineering over delivery
We optimise for the second year of a codebase, not the launch date. Architecture decisions get argued out before they get implemented, and we write the kind of code we are willing to be paged for.
Speed without shortcuts
Moving fast is a consequence of a small team, a familiar stack and a narrow scope, not of skipping review, tests or security.
Long engagements, few clients
We deliberately take on a handful of clients at a time. Fewer logos, more attention, and the ability to say no when something is not a fit.
Outcomes, not output
Shipped features are not the point. We measure an engagement by whether the thing it was supposed to enable actually happened.
